Hedonist, an Argentinian restaurant in Collaroy, is looking for a kitchen team member to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable person with cooking skills, a positive attitude and a passion for food. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to our restaurant's standards.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
Follow food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with food preparation, stock organisation and general kitchen duties.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements
Basic cooking skills and a genuine interest in food.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
Understanding of HACCP principles and food hygiene practices.




Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
