Plexus Health (South Melbourne) Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical practice in South Melbourne.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to patients and work collaboratively with medical practitioners and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key responsibilities
Providing nursing care and clinical support to patients.
Assisting medical practitioners with patient assessment, treatment and procedures.
Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Providing health education and advice to patients.
Supporting preventative healthcare and chronic disease management.
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.
Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical, professional and workplace standards.
Working collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals and administrative staff.

Skills and experience
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.




Relevant nursing qualification.
Previous experience in a medical practice/general practice environment is desirable.
Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to providing qualified, patient-centred care.
