Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a participant located in Point Cook, VIC.
Shifts
Monday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Wednesday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
12 hours per week
Ongoing regular shifts
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with their daily routine, independence and wellbeing. Duties may include:
Assistance with daily living activities
In-home support
Community access and appointments
Light household duties
Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
Following the participant's care plan and support requirements
Completing progress notes after each shift
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Experience working as a Disability Support Worker
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check, where applicable
Current First Aid and CPR
Valid Australian driver's licence
Reliable transport
Valuable communication skills
Reliability and commitment to ongoing shifts
Female applicants only due to the participant's personal care requirements and preferences.
