We are seeking a Disability Support Worker for a 2:00 pm–6:00 pm shift followed by a sleepover in Charmhaven.
You will support a participant to maintain daily routines, develop independent living skills, complete household tasks and access appointments or community activities as needed. The participant values privacy, choice and independence, so a calm, respectful and team-oriented approach is essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience providing disability or psychosocial support
Communicates clearly and respectfully
Can provide consistent support while encouraging independence
Is available for the afternoon shift and sleepover
