We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused Skilled Dozer Operator to join our growing team, working across major civil construction and mining projects throughout Western Australia.

We're looking for a capable operator who is highly skilled on a dozer, competent to jump into a grader when required, and confident working with GPS systems, following designs and working accurately to levels and specifications.

About the Role

As a Skilled Dozer Operator, you'll play a key role in the protected and efficient delivery of our projects. on a 2:1 DIDO roster located in Greenbushes WA.

You'll be confident working to GPS designs and willing to jump on a grader or other equipment when required to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Dozers safely and efficiently across civil and mining projects
Work accurately to GPS designs, levels and site specifications




Communicate effectively with truck operators using positive communications to maintain secure operations
Conduct and maintain daily pre-start inspections and plant checks
Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
Work closely with supervisors, surveyors and site crews
Maintain compliance with all client and company safety requirements
Competently operate a Grader and assist on other mobile plant when required
