Liverpool Catholic Club Butchery is seeking an experienced Knife Hand to join our team for 20+ hours a week.

About The Role/Your Responsibilities
Meat Preparation: Filleting, de-boning, skinning, and trimming fat or excess bone from fresh meat.
Portion Control: Slicing meat into exact sizes and weights for display or packaging.
Equipment Operation: Using tools like bandsaws, mincers, and slicers safely.
Maintenance & Hygiene: Sharpening knives regularly and cleaning the workspace to meet health standards.

About You:
Knife Skills: Positive control and protected handling of butcher knives.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy items (10-15kg).
Safety Focus: Ability to Follow & understand food safety & hygiene standards.
Customer Service:



Provide quality customer service and adhere to the clubs customer service standards.

The Liverpool Catholic Club (also known as LCC Sports Complex Liverpool) is an iconic sports and public skate center, built in 1979 and located at the Hoxton Park precinct of Sydney. Facility includes an Olympic sized ice rink with capacity of 500 spectators, Café, Restaurants and onsite carpark.
