The Roles

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Leading and managing day-to-day kitchen operations
Managing, mentoring and developing kitchen teams
Overseeing service delivery, preparation and kitchen standards
Menu development and seasonal menu changes
Ownership and effective management of COG's
Rostering and labour management
Ordering, stock control and supplier management
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Working closely with front-of-house and senior management teams
Supporting functions, events and high-volume trading periods

onboarding and training of kitchen staff
Building a positive, structured and accountable kitchen culture

About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience as a:
Head Chef
Sous Chef
Senior Sous Chef
Executive Sous Chef
Strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up

You will ideally bring:
Strong experience within quality, high-volume or premium hospitality environments
Proven leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of food cost, labour and kitchen financials
Robust organisation and service management ability
Confidence training and developing junior chefs
A hands-on approach to kitchen leadership
Consistent attention to quality, presentation and food safety
Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider management team
