Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Officers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your current role

The position focuses on project delivery, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation-primarily supporting key initiatives and Community Outreach Programs.

What you will need to exceed
Proven background in government, public policy, or social service delivery, with specialised knowledge in energy, housing, or welfare support.
Hands-on experience overseeing third-party vendors and community partners to ensure deliverables align with contractual terms.
Demonstrated success supporting multi-faceted programs (such as grants or subsidies) and tracking performance against established evaluation metrics.
Skill in synthesising operational data to produce internal management reports,



executive briefings, and public summaries.
Proficient in creating and maintaining essential project assets, including detailed project plans, risk logs, task trackers, and delivery schedules.
Capable of gathering both quantitative program metrics and qualitative user feedback to measure program impact and effectiveness.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active workstreams while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Solid ability to translate complex data insights into transparent, actionable reporting for decision-makers.
