We are looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Appin, NSW. The ideal candidate must be available to work at short notice and willing to cover staff leave and holidays. This is a casual position with varying hours, including the flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly
Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries
Process billings and payments using medical software
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
Solid professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
High level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
Previous experience in a medical centre is preferred
Experience with Best Practice software is required but not essential– full training will be provided to the right candidate

Pay: $26.44 – $37.00 per hour
