Care2Help is an RN led Nursing Agency providing experienced staff to Aged Care Facilities in the Hunter & Central Coast Region. Our professional & reliable team are available and ready to support both last-minute and ongoing care needs for our clients.

We are looking for staff who are available for am shifts Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday on the Central Coast

Key responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses in aged care facilities. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist registered nurses with various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and administering medications, following established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV Individual Support




Previous experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or in a similar role in a healthcare setting for at least 1 year
NDIS worker screening check
Current flu and Covid-19 vaccination
Valid driver's license or reliable transport
National Police Check
