Darvella Patisserie is growing! We’re looking for either one full-time Pastry Chef or two casual Pastry Chefs to join our bakery team.

We're a well-loved Brisbane patisserie known for beautiful laminated pastries, handcrafted croissants, and a commitment to quality ingredients and real craft. If you love working with dough, take pride in what you make, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced pastry kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

Start Time:



Early mornings from 2:00 AM — please ensure you're comfortable with early starts before applying
Employment Type: One full-time position or two casual positions
Availability: Weekend work required

What We're Looking For
Pastry experience — lamination and/or bread experience highly valued
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a passion for the craft
Comfortable with early morning starts from 2:00 AM
