Nicolas Ristorante is seeking an experienced Bar Attendant (Supervisor) to join our busy front-of-house team in Bunbury.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the bar and supporting the smooth running of restaurant service.

Duties include:
Supervising and supporting bar and front-of-house staff during service
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine and beer
Providing professional customer service and assisting with guest enquiries
Opening and closing the bar and completing end-of-service procedures
Monitoring beverage stock levels and assisting with stock control and ordering
Ensuring the bar is clean, organised and correctly stocked for service
Training and assisting junior bar and front-of-house staff




Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and workplace procedures are followed
Handling payments and assisting with POS operations
Working closely with restaurant management and owners to maintain productive service and high customer service standards

Applicants should have previous experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue, with supervisory experience preferred. A current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.

This is a permanent full time position working approximately 38 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and split shifts as required.

Pay: $71,481.00 – $79,000.00 per year
