Think Water Central Coast/ Think Outdoor Power is a specialist water solutions and outdoor power equipment business located on the NSW Central Coast. We are focused on the design, supply and installation of quality pump and irrigation systems as well as retail sales and workshop servicing of a range of outdoor power equipment including Stihl and Honda. We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Internal Sales Person to join our team.
The role:
Reporting to the store manager you will provide the highest level of customer service and sales support across a range of products including pumps, irrigation and outdoor power products. You will respond to retail and trade customer enquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also negotiate with suppliers to ensure customer needs are met and perform data entry of orders, generating quotes and job order documentation while maintaining a welcoming, friendly and well presented store environment.
The successful candidate:
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service,
an ability to develop robust customer relations and complete tasks to a high standard. Applicants with experience in irrigation, plumbing, pumps or outdoor power equipment sales and service are encouraged to apply. Robust computer skills, problem solving skills and inventory management skills will be highly regarded. Applicants must have drivers' license and be available to work Saturday mornings on a rostered basis.

Pay: $67,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
