Downer is seeking a Methods & Optimisation Specialist to join our Rail and Transit Systems team at Cardiff site. You will develop and standardise maintenance methods across RTS fleets, translating requirements into technician-ready work instructions, sequences and standard work.

Collaborating with maintenance, planning, engineering and quality teams, you will trial recent tasks, measure safety and productivity, and drive continuous improvement across shop-floor operations.
