We’re looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join an established cosmetic and skin clinic in Bella Vista on a part time basis, working Mondays and Wednesdays.

This role would suit someone who is confident across advanced skin treatments and enjoys taking a personalised, results-focused approach to skin. Strong consultation skills, treatment planning and skincare knowledge are essential, along with the ability to create a warm and skilled experience for every client.

You’ll be joining a well-established clinic with a strong focus on skin health, clinical outcomes, client care and tailored treatment plans.

Experience across the following treatments is highly regarded:
HIFU
HydraFacial
Product-based and advanced facials
Chemical peels
Skin needling
RF microneedling
Laser treatments

The role will include:
Conducting comprehensive skin consultations
Developing personalised treatment plans based on individual skin concerns and goals
Performing a broad range of advanced skin treatments
Recommending appropriate homecare and educating clients on skincare
Maintaining accurate and detailed treatment records
Following all clinic hygiene, safety and treatment protocols




Building long-term client relationships through consistent care and results
Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and front-of-house team

About you:
Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) or equivalent relevant qualification
Minimum 1 year of experience within the cosmetic, skin or aesthetics industry
Strong knowledge of skin, treatment modalities and professional skincare
Confident conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans
Professional, polished and personable
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team setting
Available to work Mondays and Wednesdays

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package will be offered based on experience, comprising a base salary plus commission.
