About the RoleKAEFER is seeking a Yards Person to join our QAL Maintenance Team in Gladstone. This is an immediate start opportunity within a safety-focused maintenance environment, supporting ongoing maintenance activities across site.

Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current Forklift Licence
Current Construction Card – white or blue
Current EWP Licence/Ticket
Working at Heights certification (issued within the last 2 years)
Confined Space Entry certification (issued within the last 2 years)
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Must be local to the Gladstone region (No FIFO/DIDO applicants)

Key Responsibilities
General yard duties and housekeeping
Loading and unloading deliveries
Safe movement of materials and equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected work setting
Supporting maintenance operations as required
