We are seeking a part time Yard Assistant / Driver to join our team at Lynn's Building Materials P/L in Taren Point, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of our building materials yard, ensuring our products are well-stocked, organised and readily available for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the yard and storage areas
Assisting customers in locating and accessing the products they need
Operating forklifts and other machinery to move and stack materials
Sydney Metro deliveries (Car licence required)
Performing general yard maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and tidying
Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
What we're looking for
Solid attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Valuable problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials
