About the Role!

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver/Reach Operator to join our team at our distribution center in O'Connor.

This position offers an immediate start for the successful candidate; shift patterns will vary depending on availability and workload.

The role of a Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver/Reach Operator is to ensure incoming and outgoing deliveries are managed, checked for damage and checked against supplier invoices/delivery dockets.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Forklift/Reach Operator
Receiving all deliveries and checking invoices versus purchase orders
Prepare documents to support store transfers
Forklift operations
General administration tasks as required




Ability to work various shift patterns including some weekends and public holiday
Manual Handling as required

Warehouse Assistant/Picker
Pick and refill over 550 picking bays
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the warehouse
Pick and pack grocery products based on daily orders with RF scanner
Meets specifics of store orders in a timely manner
Full training given, flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts is a must

About You! To be successful you must have:
Previous experience in retail/warehouse workplace (essential)
Forklift License (essential) for forklift, if applying for Warehouse Assistant stipulate it in your application
Use of RF Scanners (preferred)
Communication and customer service skills
Previous experience with inventory control software
Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to operate with competing priorities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to operate autonomously and within a team
