Fleet Allocator – Quarry & Bulk Haulage

Select Quarry Materials is a leading supplier and bulk haulage provider of quarry and construction materials across Sydney and NSW.

We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Fleet Allocator to join our busy transport operations team in Minchinbury.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day movement of our fleet and ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities include
Daily allocation of company and subcontractor vehicles
Scheduling trucks, drivers, loads and deliveries
Liaising with customers, drivers, quarries and site contacts
Monitoring deliveries and adjusting allocations throughout the day
Managing delays, breakdowns and changing operational requirements
Responding to customer enquiries and providing delivery updates
Maintaining accurate allocation and transport records
Supporting transport, fatigue management, CoR and WHS requirements

About You We are looking for someone who has:




Previous transport allocation, scheduling or fleet operations experience
Strong knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Quarry, bulk haulage, tipper or construction materials experience highly regarded

Hours & Package Monday–Friday: 6:30am–5:00pm

Every second Saturday: Half day

After-hours on-call: 1 night per week

This is a full-time salaried position with the potential of a motor vehicle included in the employment package. Remuneration will be based on the successful applicant's experience.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
