Transport Administrator — Afternoon Shift

Coolway Trans | Glendenning, NSW | Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday, start 2:15 pm

Coolway Trans is a family-owned, 100% asset-based temperature-controlled carrier operating nationally. We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Glendenning office on afternoon shift.

Straightforward role, busy office, valuable people. You'll work closely with the Depot Manager / Shift Supervisor and keep the paperwork side of the operation running clean.

What you'll be doing
Linehaul paperwork and driver debriefs
Local pick-up paperwork
Checking PODs against driver runsheets
Customer service — phone and email enquiries
Supporting the Depot Manager/Shift Supervisor with general office duties

What you'll need




Previous transport industry experience (essential)
Good attention to detail — paperwork needs to be right
Comfortable working afternoon shift
Solid communication skills
