Key Responsibilities
Trade Support: Assist qualified tradespeople with structural assembly, positioning, and general construction site tasks.
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, move, and prepare construction materials and tools across active work zones.
Tool Operation:
Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic gear, and power equipment safely under proper supervision.
Site Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace to effectively minimize site hazards and support trades efficiently.
WHS Compliance: Adhere strictly to site-specific workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols, SWMS guidelines, and safety procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Current Construction White Card (Strictly Required).
Current Working at Heights certification (Strictly Required).
Proven practical experience working as a Trade Assistant (TA) or laborer within heavy industrial or commercial construction settings.
Physically fit, punctual, and capable of executing manual site duties safely.
Positive English communication skills with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to commence field work immediately.
