About the Role We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Tamworth, delivering person-centred therapy across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings.

You’ll work across a varied caseload, supporting clients with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals, while having the flexibility to manage your day and the support of a broader multidisciplinary team around you.

We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced Speech Pathologists, with support and development tailored to your level of experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
Support clients across the lifespan with communication and mealtime goals




Develop functional therapy plans around participant needs
Work closely with families, carers and other professionals
Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth
Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You’ll Bring
Degree in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
