We’re looking for an experienced specialty coffee barista to join our crew at Tallawong Metro.

Our biggest must?

You need to be available Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays.

There’s also plenty of chance to pick up additional hours throughout the week for someone with flexibility.

What we’re looking for: Solid specialty coffee experience
Confidence running a busy bar
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting — we’re directly in front of the Metro, which means when it gets busy, we move QUICK!
Solid multitasking skills - dockets, milk jugs, customers, all at once
Reliable, positive and team-focused
Chatty & loves a good brew!
Sunday, Monday & Thursday availability is a MUST

Trading Hours :
Mon–Fri: 5:30am–1:00pm

Opening shifts start at 5:00am - the Metro will not get you here in time for an opening shift, so reliable transport is required for opens.
Sat–Sun: 6:30am–12:30pm

$33.50–$41/hr for the right candidate
