About the role

We are seeking a versatile, friendly, and reliable Front Office All-Rounder to join our dedicated hospitality team. In this dynamic position, you will be the heart of our guest experience—combining warm front desk reception services, light housekeeping, laundry operations, and public area presentation to ensure our property operates seamlessly and welcomes every guest.

Key responsibilities
Welcome arriving guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage phone enquiries, email correspondence, and direct room reservations.
Handle guest payments securely and accurately maintain guest records.
Provide helpful local information, address guest requests, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Perform light indoor cleaning tasks and maintain guest-ready presentation across the property.
Oversee, clean, and maintain shared amenity areas, including the Conference Room, Swimming Pool area, and BBQ facilities.
Conduct routine room checks, inspect public areas, and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and press guest linens, towels, and beddings to a high presentation standard.




Receive, unpack, sort, and organize linen inventory efficiently in storage areas.
Restock room attendant trolleys and linen cupboards to support smooth daily housekeeping operations.

About you
Warm, approachable personality with robust verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, early mornings, or late afternoons/evenings.
Comfortable performing light-to-moderate physical duties, including cleaning, linen handling, and outdoor area care.
Valid Full Driver's Licence (Automatic & Manual) preferred for guest parking/valet or operational tasks.
Valid rights to work in Australia.
Previous experience in hospitality front desk, laundry, or public area maintenance is highly regarded, but a great attitude and solid work ethic are most important.
