We're scaling our distribution operation in Geelong.

As volume doubles across both inbound and outbound, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to help run the floor and build the foundations of a distribution hub that's set to keep growing.

About the role

Working alongside and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll take day-to-day ownership of operations on the floor. This is a working leadership role — you'll be in among it, setting the pace, keeping stock accurate, and coordinating the team through a busy and expanding operation.

What you'll do
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound (receiving, put-away) and outbound (picking, packing, dispatch)
Get hands-on with the work — manual handling, order fulfilment and keeping goods moving
Own inventory accuracy and stock control (cycle counts, locations, reconciliations)
Guide, support and roster the floor team, and be the go-to point for day-to-day operational decisions

Help shape and improve processes and layout as we scale toward a multi-brand distribution centre

What you'll bring
Solid warehouse or distribution experience, including some team leadership or 2IC-level coordination
A current forklift licence (LO), or equivalent, and confidence operating equipment
Robust inventory/stock-control skills and comfort using a WMS or similar system
Comfort with the physical, hands-on nature of warehouse work (manual handling, on your feet)
A reliable, organised and safety-first approach, with an eye for detail
A team-first attitude and the drive to help build something as the operation grows

What's on offer
A key role in standing up and scaling our central distribution centre — real scope to grow with it
A diverse, hands-on role with genuine day-to-day ownership
A supportive team and a business investing in its Geelong operation
$70,000 - $75,000 + super, commensurate with experience
