This is an prospect to lead a high-performing group of Insurance Consultants, while playing a key role in delivering positive outcomes for members when they need support most.

About the role This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll coach, mentor and support a team responsible for insurance enquiries, claims and member outcomes. You'll be the go-to person for guidance, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring the team delivers a consistently high standard of service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Insurance Consultants
Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
Monitoring workloads, service levels and operational performance
Managing escalations and building strong stakeholder relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and member experience
Ensuring compliance with risk,

About You

You'll bring a robust understanding of insurance within superannuation or financial services, along with a genuine passion for leadership and developing others.

Experience in insurance, claims, case management or insurance operations
Previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to balance member outcomes, commercial priorities and service levels
