About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Technical Sales & Services Manager to lead and grow our Packaging Coatings business across Recent South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia. This is a customer-facing role accountable for driving profitable sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and providing technical expertise to support market-leading packaging solutions. Working closely with customers, technical teams, supply chain, and operations, you will identify new business opportunities, deliver outstanding service, and ensure long-term customer success.

Key responsibilities
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets across the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and convert current business prospects within existing and prospective accounts.
Develop strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of customer organisations.
Serve as the primary commercial and technical contact for major Packaging Coatings customers.




Lead account reviews, growth initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate product trials, launches, and technical service activities.
Support customers with product performance, application, and process improvements.

About you
Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management within a manufacturing, coatings, packaging, chemicals, or industrial environment.
Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and developing strategic customer partnerships.
Experience managing complex customer relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
SAP experience is advantageous.
