Key Qualifications / Experience
Minimum 16 years QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry.
Including minimum 10 years as Senior Engineer, QA/QC Lead or QA/QC Manager.
IRCA Registered Lead Auditor (ISO 9001)
Significant experience in QA/QC position with several years in Senior or Manager position
Extensive experience in Quality roles within Oil & Gas / EPCI projects
Extensive experience in Project Quality Manager / QAQC Manager roles
Demonstrated capability in managing multi-discipline project quality delivery
In-depth knowledge of:
ISO 9001 and audit processes
Engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation processes

Behavioural Skills
Leadership and influencing skills at project and senior stakeholder level
Effective communication and client engagement capability
Methodical thinking and structured problem-solving (e.g. NCR / RCA)
Risk-based decision making
Promote compliance while supporting project delivery
