This is an opportunity to join a high-performing finance function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's tax reporting, compliance and governance activities.

Your current role

Reporting to the Senior Group Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a broad range of tax accounting, reporting and compliance responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include
Preparing and reviewing tax provisions, deferred tax calculations and tax effect accounting
Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting requirements
Managing corporate tax, GST/VAT and other tax compliance obligations
Coordinating with external advisers, auditors and internal finance stakeholders




Maintaining tax governance documentation and compliance records
Supporting tax audits, regulatory requirements and special projects
Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and assisting with their development
Identifying prospects to improve tax processes, controls and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA qualification
Experience within Big 4, mid-tier or a large corporate tax environment
Strong tax accounting and reporting experience, including tax effect accounting and deferred tax
Exposure to multinational tax compliance and IFRS reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting
