INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman from our Sydney office. This is a senior role requiring comfort operating at a C-suite level, managing complexity and exercising a high degree of discretion and judgement.

You will coordinate an executive agenda, anticipate priorities, arrange international travel and meetings, and prepare briefing materials for key engagements with clients, investors and partners across the company's global leadership team.
