Outstanding Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Capital Works Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

This role oversees end-to-end delivery of major capital works, ensuring scope, cost and schedule alignment across a diverse coastal portfolio. You will develop scopes and budgets, manage consultants and contractors, and report to boards and funding bodies. Coastal infrastructure experience is highly regarded.
