Provide strategic legal advice on a broad range of product, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters across multiple markets.
Support the development and launch of new products, services, and business initiatives.
Advise on cross-border regulatory issues and help navigate evolving legal frameworks in different jurisdictions.




Lead negotiations and oversee a variety of complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to assess legal and business risks while enabling commercial objectives.
Manage dispute, consumer, and regulatory matters where required.
Lead and develop a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.

Ideal Background of this Senior Product Counsel, Technology
Qualified lawyer with approximately 10+ years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both.
Strong experience supporting technology, digital platforms, e-commerce, consumer-facing products, travel, aviation, financial technology, or other rapid-paced regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience advising on product, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven people management and leadership experience.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international workplace and engaging with senior stakeholders.
