About The Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment where both your team and customers feel inspired.

Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling and product expertise
Driving sales, productivity and key business outcomes
Building a positive and inclusive team culture
Leading workforce planning and operational excellence
Managing stock, inventory and visual merchandising standards
Identifying opportunities to improve team engagement and store performance

What You'll Bring
Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or similar
A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Robust coaching and team development skills




Experience building positive, engaged and high-performing teams
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Confidence using data and KPIs to drive results
