Key responsibilities
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals and deliver exceptional service
Drive store performance, implement creative visual merchandising, and maintain an immaculate shop appearance
Act as the face of the store, building local community relationships and resolving customer issues
Handle stock control, front desk operations, bookkeeping, and report to management

About you
Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Senior Casual looking for career progression
High-energy, positive attitude with genuine passion for people and retail
Ability to clearly communicate with both your team on the floor and corporate management
Tech-savvy mindset, ready to embrace current retail systems and rapid-moving trends
