Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the overall test strategy, test plans and quality governance across the program.

Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, releases and delivery workstreams.

Manage and mentor QA/Test teams, including resource planning, coaching and performance management.

Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering and Business stakeholders to align testing with delivery objectives.

Act as the senior testing contact for clients and stakeholders, providing explicit communication and quality assurance leadership.

Provide regular reporting on test progress, quality metrics, defects, risks, dependencies and release readiness.

Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including prioritisation, root-cause analysis and resolution tracking.

Ensure effective delivery of functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end and performance testing.

Drive improvements in test automation, testing processes,



environments and delivery efficiency.

Support Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery environments and contribute to release and sprint planning.

Work closely with technical teams on cloud, SaaS, CI/CD and test setting requirements.

Provide senior-level quality governance and risk escalation to program leadership and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

8+ years' experience in software testing / QA, with significant Test Manager or QA leadership experience.

Proven experience leading QA teams and complex testing programs.

Strong experience in test strategy, governance, stakeholder management and quality reporting.

Experience with automation, performance testing and cloud/SaaS environments.

Robust communication and client-facing skills.

Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
