Remote: Hybrid FloQast is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Sydney to unblock customers across the FloQast Accounting Transformation Platform. You will troubleshoot, perform backend configuration, and drive end-to-end case resolution while coordinating with Engineering on P2 incidents.

This hybrid role requires three days in the Sydney CBD office and supports APAC go-to-market initiatives. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, mentorship of TSEs, and collaboration with local and global teams
