Senior Business Analyst - Workday HR & Adaptive Planning

12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Our client is undertaking a large-scale people and business transformation initiative and are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the program team.

This role will suit a Senior Business Analyst with strong HR systems experience who enjoys working with complex organisational data, workforce planning processes and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Support initiatives relating to workforce structures, job frameworks and position management.
Analyse workforce, organisational and financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to define future-state processes.
Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements, process maps and impact assessments.
Collaborate closely with business, technology and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support system enhancements,



process optimisation and implementation activities.

About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
Solid exposure to HR systems, ideally Workday or a similar HCM platform.
Experience working on HR, workforce management, people transformation or organisational change initiatives.
Robust analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
Experience supporting workforce planning, organisational structures, job frameworks or position management processes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to operate in a quick-paced environment with multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Desirable Experience
Exposure to workforce planning or budgeting tools.
Experience working across HR and Finance stakeholders.
Knowledge of organisational design, job architecture or workforce reporting.
Background in large transformation or system implementation programs.
