Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation

We’re looking for a capable Senior Consultant to join our team in Melbourne and play a key role in delivering digital transformation across claims, underwriting, administration and communications.

This is an opportunity to work across complex transformation initiatives to improve platforms, processes and member experiences.

What you’ll be working on

Claims & Underwriting Digital Uplift

Help digitise and improve claims and underwriting processes, working across business and technology teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Communications & Administration Platform Modernisation

Identify pain points in member and employer communications and lead improvements end-to-end — from understanding the problem through to implementation and adoption.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a robust combination of consulting capability, insurance domain knowledge and hands-on technology experience, including:




Experience with Sonata and Superb administration platforms
Strong understanding of claims management , including APIs, digital platforms, AI solutions and complex insurance design
Experience across underwriting processes and systems
Robust stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders while being equally comfortable working hands-on with business SMEs and external vendors
Resilience, sound judgement and the ability to navigate challenging relationships and personalities
