Sales Manager

GlobalFXPeople places specialist talent into FX, CFD and proprietary trading firms worldwide. This role owns current-business growth: you convert hiring managers into retained clients so we can fill their most critical roles faster. Success here directly funds our expansion and raises the bar for every search we run.

Performance Objectives
Win 8–12 new retained or exclusive search mandates in the first 9 months, with at least 60% from firms not previously using us.
Convert 40% of qualified inbound and outbound conversations into signed agreements within 30 days of first meeting.
Build a 3-month rolling pipeline of 25+ active opportunities that covers 150% of quarterly revenue target.
Deliver 90%+ client satisfaction on first placements so that 50% of new clients give a second mandate within 6 months.
Coach two account executives to independently close mid-market deals, lifting team revenue 30% year-on-year.
Launch and report a repeatable outbound sequence (LinkedIn + targeted events) that generates 15 qualified meetings per month by month 4.

Workplace & Resources

You report to the Managing Director and sit with a lean sales-and-research pod. You receive CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter,



event budget and full access to our existing client base and candidate network. Hybrid London/Nicosia rhythm with quarterly travel to key trading hubs.

Essential Qualifications
Proven record of selling skilled services or recruitment retainers into financial-markets firms (FX, CFD, prop, brokers).
Track record of hitting or beating a personal annual target of £250k+ fee income.
Ability to run a full-cycle sale from cold outreach through contract negotiation without a large support team.
Fluent English; additional European or APAC language a clear advantage.
Comfort operating in a fast, founder-led environment where you own both pipeline and delivery quality.
