About the role

Leading the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly customer service while engaging and supporting the Sales Team.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee while maintaining Banjo's quality standards.
Train, coach, and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Maintain merchandising standards throughout the store.
Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself, your team, and customers.
