What you'll be doing
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
Quoting and selling machines, grinders, parts and service plans
Following up leads and staying in touch with existing customers
Booking service jobs and coordinating with our technicians
Helping the team manage orders, from processing and invoicing to picking, packing and dispatch
Keeping our CRM up to date

What you'll bring
Proven sales experience. You can build rapport, work out what a customer needs and close the deal
A genuine love of coffee and the drive to help others get it right
A friendly, confident manner on the phone and face to face
Solid organisation and the ability to juggle a few things at once
Confidence with computers and picking up current systems
Hospitality or café experience is a bonus
