This role mixes sales and operations. Part of your day is on the showroom floor and online with clients. The rest keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. We work closely as a team, and there is real room to grow.

Sales
Welcome clients in the showroom and guide them to the right piece, from engagement rings to diamond tennis bracelets
Answer enquiries from all channels
Follow up with leads and past clients, and turn interest into sales
Book and run client appointments
Help with events, launches and our Inner Circle members

Operations (tasks we all share)
Process online orders and track them from order to delivery
Keep online and showroom inventory up to date
Pack and dispatch orders (including post office runs)
Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on orders
Help with daily office tasks and keep things organised

What we're looking for




Excellent English and robust communication skills
Warm, confident and comfortable with clients
Organised and someone who follows things through to the end
Smart, motivated and committed to the role
Comfortable with computers and online tools
No jewellery experience needed, we'll teach you everything

What we offer
Monday to Friday, with the occasional Sunday (always closed on Saturdays)
Salary: $75K to $100K, depending on experience, rising quickly as you prove yourself
Full training in diamonds and fine jewellery
A central Barrack Street workplace with a outstanding team
