Nufarm is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead the Seeds Customer Service function across Horsham or Laverton North, Melbourne. You will drive an exceptional customer experience by coordinating orders with Sales, Production and Inventory teams, while managing a small team.

You will own system enhancements, champion best practices, and coach staff through current ways of working, with exposure to Salesforce and other ERP platforms in a global agricultural business.
