Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Lending Specialist at the Caneland Central Mackay branch to deliver personalised lending for Members, including mortgages and personal loans. You will build solid client relationships and support loan processing from end-to-end.

The role involves coaching staff, assisting with business development, and leading retention programs to keep Members engaged throughout their lending journey. 38-hour week, Monday–Friday, region-wide branch coverage may apply.
