In house Property Specialist

An chance has arisen to join a highly regarded, values-led organisation with a significant and diverse property portfolio across the Hunter region.

The Role

You will manage and advise on a diverse range of property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, easements, covenants and subdivisions. You will undertake title and land ownership investigations, coordinate due diligence, review and negotiate property documentation and work closely with solicitors, government agencies, consultants and other stakeholders.

The position will also contribute to property governance and compliance, helping ensure transactions and property decisions are appropriately documented, commercially considered and aligned with relevant regulatory requirements.

About You

You will ideally bring:
Robust hands-on experience in conveyancing, property law or land administration
Experience managing property transactions from end to end
Knowledge of leases, licences, easements, acquisitions and disposals
Experience undertaking title searches, due diligence and land ownership investigations
Confidence reviewing and interpreting contracts and property documentation




Strong research, investigative and problem-solving capability
The ability to navigate complex ownership, governance and stakeholder environments
Excellent communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach

Candidates may come from a law firm, conveyancing practice, government, property organisation or an in-house workplace. Applications are welcomed from experienced property professionals as well as property lawyers seeking to transition into a broader in-house role.
