Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in the Greater Adelaide Area.

The Retail

Salesperson will greet and engage customers in-store, identify their fitness needs, and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and advantages, demonstrating equipment safely, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current stock and promotions. The role involves processing sales transactions, handling basic inquiries, assisting with orders and deliveries,



and supporting merchandising and store presentation.

The Retail

Salesperson will also contribute to meeting sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and providing a welcoming, inclusive environment for all visitors.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet goals and convert inquiries into purchases.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, listen actively, and provide clear, helpful information.
Candidates should possess valuable Product Knowledge of fitness equipment or a demonstrated ability to learn technical product details quickly.
Relevant experience in retail, sporting goods, or fitness-related environments is beneficial.
Comfortable working on their feet, handling light-to-moderate lifting, and demonstrating equipment safely is advantageous.
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills, along with reliable time management and teamwork, are preferred.
