West Brothers is a Perth streetwear store bringing together sneakers, apparel and accessories from leading global and local brands. We’re passionate about great product, personal style and helping customers find pieces they’re excited to wear.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Mirrabooka team. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, customer experience, team development and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the owners while having the chance to bring your own ideas to the store.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will:
Drive sales and key measures including conversion, average sale value and units per transaction
Lead, coach and develop the team through regular training and feedback
Recruit, onboard and support new team members
Plan rosters that provide solid floor coverage while managing wage costs
Maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
Oversee stock flow, replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss prevention
Execute promotions and new product launches
Use sales and stock reports to identify opportunities and improve results
Support a smooth customer experience across in-store and online orders




Maintain a safe and welcoming store for customers and staff
Work directly with the owners on store priorities and performance

About You You have store management or solid assistant management experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You’re confident leading a team, comfortable with sales targets and willing to be active on the floor.

You can work flexible schedule across a 38-hour week, including alternating Sundays. You bring sound judgement, follow through on the details and know how to create a team culture built on service and accountability. An interest in streetwear and sneakers will help you connect with our customers and products.
