Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Process Safety Engineer in Marshall, MN to own the ADM Process Safety program, including PSM and PDP systems. Based at the Marshall Corn Plant, the role may liaise with other plants in the unit and reports to the Safety Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Chemical Engineering degree with 5+ years of PSM experience, robust leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
