Plasterers & Painters | Company Vehicle + Uniforms + A Great Crew

Great tradespeople deserve a great place to work.

At OneCrew Trade Services, we’re looking for experienced plasterers and painters who take pride in their work, bring a positive attitude and want to be part of a crew that looks after each other.

Our work covers insurance repairs and government fit-outs — from repairing damaged walls and ceilings and repainting homes to delivering quality plastering and painting in government spaces. There’s variety in the work, with a focus on tidy sites, quality finishes and happy customers.

We’re hiring for both trades — apply as a plasterer or a painter.

Life at OneCrew is about more than turning up and clocking off. Everyone knows each other, there’s plenty of good banter, and we enjoy getting together outside work too. Think boat days, Topgolf events and company get-togethers where families are welcome. Good people, a robust team bond and a bit of that summer vibe.

Joining the crew comes with:
Company vehicle supplied.

Company uniforms supplied.
Boat days, Topgolf and team social events.
Family-inclusive get-togethers, with partners and kids welcome at our family events.
Varied work across insurance repairs and government fit-outs.
A close crew who help each other out and enjoy working together.

We’re after A-grade workmanship and an attitude to match. That means:
Robust experience in plastering or painting.
Reliability — turning up on time, ready to get stuck in.
Respect for customers, their properties and your teammates.
Pride in clean, tidy work and a professional finish.
The ability to work independently and support the crew.
A current driver’s licence.

Attitude matters here. We want people who communicate, take ownership and want to be part of the team. Being positive at your trade matters, and so does being someone your workmates can count on.
