NRMA Parks & Resorts’ South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead the busy onsite café and mentor a small team on the Mid North Coast. You’ll be front and centre during peak trading periods to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

You will actively manage day-to-day café duties, lead from the front, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of service and food safety in a quick-paced hospitality workplace.
